Second competitive team?

So as I whined about in the chatbox earlier, there seems to be alot of interest in a second competetive NDH team. I and Blur were talking earlier and came to the conclusion that we need a leader figure first, otherwise this is not going to get off the ground. I have been given a mission by M, M being people in the chatbox. Apparently I am to see if there's enough interest for the second team and get it off the ground, then the responsibilities will be put on the individual person who decides to take up the leadership spot.

What should be expected of you, the leader, is that you take care of the tryouts, find a plausible voice communication solution, find practice clanwars, arrange training sessions or similar and sign up for the leagues. If you think this could be a bit too much for you, then you shouldn't consider 'applying' for the job. But if you -are- interested, feel free to leave a message on this thread where you state details. And stuff. Yeah. I'm only looking for the leader for now, and if one is around, then we will escalate this into a more general player search thing. Or something.

Why do you want to be the leader for the second team? Honestly don't know. I guess I would be good at it, and would like to test myself.

That would also make you the match caller, please can everyone consider this. also consider 3 of your best classes and post them to aid my decisions.

Can probably play the medic but not be available enough :-/

I can be on most evenings and during the day at the moment but that is subject to change.

I can play Medic, pyro and I can play engineer/spy but both are my weaker classes.  Best at medic and pyro.

Actually, I think it'd be better if the first comp team could help out and fill the missing spots for a proper 6v6.

And Nim I suggest you get an 'admin team' to help you out with hard and important decisions.
