Update steam page server listing and website listing

Try to play more on the new Payload server. Even though the old server shows a "we've moved" message now, the players might not join the new server unless there are people playing on it.

Also, please report any lag issues if possible. I'll try to do some stuff related to the servers if I have time - can't expect a lot though, I'm quite busy and still officially on a break.

(oh, great job with the KotH server brim4brim. Haven't had a chance to take a look at it myself though. Give me a shout if you need banlists or admin configuration files, by the way.)

Thanks Bizzie.  I think its good at the moment but people have stopped playing it after the initial frenzy :-/

I think people wanted to try the KOTH mode more than anything else and as there are only 3 maps, it gets a bit boring after a while.

I may have to go find some custom maps and set it up to download.  If I get my new job, it'll be in a hosting centre so I'm hoping there are some cheap hosting options there for staff
