No. Have one thread. Post match reports and future planned matches. Post links to .dem files of matches or the link there, or let the match reporter edit those links into his post.
Have another thread or use Steam to discuss strategy, communication, and the like. I still wanna keep this thread Team 1 only, though. Dicey does make use of his brain to make his ideas not very stupid, indeedilydoo.

Another thing. How are we going to differ the two teams apart? Once the other team gets into leagues and the like?

I've been wondering the same thing. I think the second team have been playing with NDH2 in their team name, no? Y'know, as we usually stick to 'NDH' or 'THE G', that's an alright start. >.> Perhaps just numbers would do, rather than something pretentious like.. I don't know.. an Omega symbol. *looks at Dendo*

Anyway, I think both teams need their own thread(s) and most likely a subcategory (with team leaders as moderators) as well. Does that sound good at all?

I think we should play both competitive teams against each other.  Obviously the second team will be raped repeatedly but that is what is required IMO to get better.  You learn more from your mistakes and I think playing against a team that is willing to tell us what we are doing wrong would do a lot of good.  obviously you guys can help when your subbing on the team but I don't think it helps as much as if you were killing the crap out of us lol.  Scouts could instruct how they are getting behind and the holes in our defense/strategy.

Just my idea.  I play Medic/pyro/spy/engie but I realistically I can play medic to competitive level if that :-/

My favorite maps are badwater payload and well control point.  I'm stupidly fussy for maps

We can play against each other for laugh and have other people involved in clan to fill the server for pub matches but I think we should play against each other and find out what we are doing wrong.  If new people join server, we can also see if they are competitive team material and replace existing team members if required.  Nobody should feel like they are irreplaceable in the teams IMO.  Keeps everyone interested as do regular games even if they are pub games with clan teams just so (and the second team in particular) can get used to playing together.  If online we should play together and use mics to communicate even in pub games (we all fail on this I think especially me :-/).

Anyway just throwing out thoughts, keep in mind vodka and beer has been consumed.

Don't agree with you brim.

You learn from playing teams that are '1 up', so to speak. So that you can adjust your tactics to better suit what's needed, and in the end might make a change. If you'd play against a team that is better than you by a good deal, it doesn't matter what you do, you'll still lose.

Alot of said practice is just that. Practice, get better. Just play and you'll get better.

The factor you 'train' when you play against other competetive teams would be teamwork and communication- Even then you can try teamworking in pubgames (Even if most players won't play with you, you can play with them) and communication also goes everywhere.

Actually, i would like practice with the 1st team vs the 2nd team a lot I tried practicing in pickups but it didn't turn out so well barely anyone uses there mic somehow >< And thats the part i have to practice especially.

I'm cool with doing some kind of Mix, but 1st vs. 2nd won't be very much practice for any of us, I believe.

I can't imagine that'd be much fun, really, especially considering the confusion of classes/communication/balance etc. I can't see it ending well.

I do think the mix might work, but that will be more like. getting to be a better player, not better teamwork. still could be fun tough :3
