Suggestion for quick profile access

As of now, there is only two ways (that I know of) to access your profile. The 'Profile' button at the top, and if you happen to read a topic where you have posted, you can click on your name.

My suggestions are:

• Make the avatar in your 'Userbar' to the left clickable.

• Make a 'Userbar' that moves downwards when you scroll, always staying on screen (this could be ticked on and off from the profile settings, as some people might find it annoying).

I know you don't access your profile a lot, but it is just a suggestion if you ever add a system that focuses more on profiles, ie personal layout, custom colors, more info, etc.

Sadly this isn't possible according to Bizzie (but I have seen it on other sites mind you). Gut if it ever were implemented, one(1) Foozy's© love will be given to everyone* that likes it.

The biggest problem is that the latter suggestion is rather hard to implement. It takes time and coding skills (which I don't have) and Rita (our coding god) is quite busy, I think...

The first suggestion, however, is possible, as I said. I won't promise anything though.

It is for future use. There is really no need for this now because you rarely access your or others profiles.

The userbar is for easier and quicker profile access.

I like the idea, but like you said, the profiles aren't really used much. Guess it's a project for when Rita has run out of things to do? :p

I don't think we should actually expand on profiles like VBulletin sites have at all.

I find them irritating and I think they spread the discussions on the site all over the place and nobody knows where to go for content.

My 2 cents.  Forums are forums not Facebook.

tbh i think the forums are fine as they are. It just looks a bit... old... and "cheap"
