Left 4 Dead

Left 4 dead has many flaws and bugs which sometimes makes the game damn near unplayable!

For one the matchmaking system seems to insist that you have to play on a server with a s**t ping based in bloody Australia or something. It also seems that the ai director is not all its cracked up to be. According to the back of the game case it says "every single player,co-op and multiplayer game is a unique experience thanks to the AI director".

Now I've played this game enough to know that every match is the same, with only the normal zombies changing each time. I spent an hour last night trying to get past the rescue chapter on Dead Air, and everytime we restarted the round we had two tanks right on cue at the same moment each time.

Sorry, just thought I'd have a little moan since i'm a bit bored

Anyone else share this shoddy experience?

I fyou read the forums people started to complain about the randomness not being fair in versus, so they started to make it less random. Defeats the purpose if you ask me.

Valve need to do a bit more work if you ask me.

Well im getting L4D on Wendsday bcuz i havn't find a better game i can play but i think i will like L4D, and i hope i like it beacuse if i dont it's a waste of money.

Trust me mate, get it while its half price cos its not worth the regular cost.

I think it is good, but played too much isn't as good. I like it for the teamwork aspect and tactics on campaign, and on versus the infected side is just a barrel of laughs. Also, the only reason those two tanks will have re-appeared is because it's the same game. I know it's weird xD But yeh, L4D is well worth the money and also there's a new campaign coming out for it How can you argue with that? My only advice to new players is to play it in moderation otherwise it becomes rubbish.

Its hard to overplay it with the matchmaking system... BTW by every game I mean every game not just that one play through.

I guess the teamwork is brilliant when you have a good team, though the full teamwork experience really requires a headset

Dendo bought it for me recently, so me and him have been whoring it xD
Onlayx, Aphex, Dendo and I were stormin' through it over the last few days, raping survivors :>
I can see it getting dull in the future, but right now i'm obsessing over the multiplayer aspect; the single player probably wouldn't suite me. I love the whole teamwork aspect, especially on Versus. I'd be up for a full 4v4 :>
