It looks sweet. :P Might as well download it when I have finished the original Half-Life (which is going to take two years by this speed).
I say this, be ye redy with good hert
To al my wil, and that I frely may
As me best pleaseth do you laughe or smert,
And never ye to murmur, night or day;
And eek whan I say yea, ye say not nay,
Neyther by word, nor frownyng countenaunce?
Swer this, and here I swer our alliaunce.

I've seen it. Saw it two weeks ago or something. But the thing about 'you can download the theme songs from their site' is a loaf of bull, you can only listen to them.

I can't wait for this to be released.

I play half life 1 DM with a friend regularly and an update in the graphics would be lovely. I only hope it plays the same.

If anyone still plays half life 1 DM (the non source version) let me know and we can set up a game.

I actually have Half-Life, although I have never played it online. I'd like to try multiplayer for sure though!

Awesome.

The half life 1 multiplayer was what made me fall in love with mulitplayer games.

If you add me to friends (name Kabosh) and give me a shout, I'll set my server up and you can see what you think.

I should be on tonight (after work) if you fancy. The same goes for anyone who wants a game.

EDIT: My name is actually "Kabosh | NDH" now, doh!

Lol nothing new in here but I want, I want it, I want it.

This will be awesome.  I got Steam going in Kubuntu and have been playing this in Linux for a couple of days.

It just rocks very hard.  Apparently TF2 runs better in Linux too but my partition is too small to fit TF2 on it.

Don't know just going on reports I read on Ubuntu forums for latest version.

I guess it depends on whether it has proper drivers for your network card or not.

Oh and by this in my previous post, I meant the original Half-Life not Black Mesa Source :D

Well thats the thing, whats fast to the ubuntu forum members ain't necessarily fast to any windows gamers. Its more relative to what they usually get. I heard cedega does produce good results though, but I couldn't ever be arsed to pirate it, Wine's getting better too.

Also linux has drivers for everything (except for newer cd-roms >:( ) xD also I was gonna say, gimme a link for BM:S :D

Yeah I guess so.

Kubuntu even works with my HP printer so finally getting good driver support

Everything worked out of the box on my laptop once I installed the restricted drivers.

I like the new KDE look too.

I always use Gnome. Nice to know it worked on your lappy though.

Sorry for going off topic,

Can't believe we are still waiting for this mod  ::)

Yeah end of year they say.  They say they have assigned deadlines to people to get it done by then.

Could still be delayed of course if somebody gets annoyed and leaves the project.

Supposed to have had a team of about 50 people at any one time working on the project since around HL2 release.

It better be awesome :D
