Team Fortress 2 contest?

The idea here is to hold a little contest/party in near future. We really need to have fun as a group sometimes, as it's been a long time since everyone has been playing together.

We're planning to have...
  • One on One matches
  • Some epic Heavy boxing fights
  • Group fights (No Pyros please...)
  • Training

All of this will be filmed and packed as a action-filled machinima movie, which shows that our clan is still running strong!

Note: we need our own private server for this. If you can host a dedicated server, inform me.

I was planning to record a demo of the stuff we will do... if we can even organize this. Anyhoo, you could take some clips too.

The most crucial thing here is the server. At the moment we cannot afford a game server, so we need help. It's either flashy cashy or someone willing to host a server off his PC.

i could run a server, but most people wouldn't get a great ping of my pc.
and if i run it 24/7 i need like €5 in a month as extra for the electric bill :O

No, you got it wrong, mate.

We need a server for one day only - and from a person who knows how to set up a TF2 dediserver. Plus, apparently you can't play and host on a same PC (although I may have discovered a workaround for that).
