Recent actions at NDH

As some of you have noticed, the spam on our forum has increased lately. Due to this, the leaders held a quick meeting yesterday.

The results are these:

• Clan member Jaffakeksi has now a two-week ban from our forum.

This is due to heavy spamming on shoutbox and forum topics.

• Community member Rake has been warned for spamming.

• The forum board "Spammers' Paradise" has been removed.

From now on the forums are used for their intentional meaning: informing people, sharing ideas and thoughts, asking for assistance, etc.

• Spamming will NOT be accepted.

Off-topic comments are allowed, but we advise everyone to stay on the topic's subject.

• The Northern Dawn Heroes clan rules are now made more clear and more accurate.

I am pasting the redefined rules here:

   1. Clan members must be active. Show up, help out, and have fun each week with the clan.
   2. Every clan member should recruit new people to our clan.
   3. If you are going to be gone a long time (over 2 weeks), post a message about it on the clan forum.
   4. If you don't show up or post any "I am still alive" messages within 5 weeks, you will be taken off the clan roster.
   5. Racial and/or sexual comments directed at members/visitors are not allowed.
   6. If someone accuses or swears at you, report him/her to admins or leaders.
   7. Cheating/hacking in our clan games is punishable by immediate removal from the clan.
   8. Do not post offensive material on the website.
   9. Giving out links to illegal material on the website is not allowed by any means.
  10. Do not dig old topics unless you have something noteworthy to say.
  11. The leaders reserve the right to administrate the clan together with the admin team by the way they see the best.

The new additions are these:

Additionally, we will assign some moderators on certain areas of our forum.

Meh, forums doesnt need to be alive. When we play TF2 together, its good, as we are a gaming clan.
