SAMP team should do script something like: If you have carmods, you can't play. With that there would be no problems like this. But I think script like that is impossible. :'(

Possibly yes.

There's already a little protection against carmods; internal errors. Some people who install their cars with SAMI or other automatic installers tend to get internal errors in SA-MP a lot. (Though, you can get them even if you don't have modded car(s) in your SA.) However, people who install their mods manually don't usually get this error.

Full carmod-blocking could be made like this:
SA-MP.saa file would include the default filesizes of every .dff and .txd file from gta3.img. The client would compare user's gta3.img to samp.saa's filesize list, and if there would be exception, the SA-MP client would stop. The scanning could be done in-game, so the protection would not affect to loading times.

Of course, I can't really see this would be included soon, if even ever, but that's my suggestion.

As me best pleaseth do you laughe or smert,
And never ye to murmur, night or day;
And eek whan I say yea, ye say not nay,
Neyther by word, nor frownyng countenaunce?
Swer this, and here I swer our alliaunce.

it's not the mod with me, it's those n00bs who want to tune their cars..
i say we should try and make a non-mod script and a command for /addnitro or/and /addoffroad (wheels)

I agree. That'd be a good idea. And I also agree with Jaffakeksi(BTW I never knew you liked wrestling too). I've modded vehicles in SA-MP several times and nothing bad happened.
