I personally like the Sergeant's drill hat as it reminds me of Sgt. Hartman from "Full Metal Jacket".

Xearo, it's not the anime. It's a 1987 Stanley Kubrick's film.
And I like the Soldier Stash the most I think. Simple but looks good.
