Custom Server Switch

As some of you may have spotted, The custom maps server has been changed to a payload server.
The swap was done by me personaly and thus there may be 1 or 2 bugs, so please report any here.

Also if you have any sugestions post them here.

Now lets get it filled.

Take a look at the map rotation - I fear Hoodoo will just make people leave.
