Saw 6...
« on: 09 March 2010, 16:09:19 »
Well i'm not about the rest of the world but here in the UK the next Saw film just came out here in the UK. I really cant believe they managed to squeeze 6 out of the series!
I will admin  thought the first one was really cool with a god twist at the end. Then they had to go and do the 2nd and third ones which... well they weren't terrible it was ok to continue the story but as with many sequels they didn't hold a candle to the origional.....
Them one day the writters of the Saw series sat down togther at one's home and had a party. They all got super high and drunk and then unluckily for them and everyone who didn't mind the Saw series to this point, some weird ass hardcore Saw fan held a gun to them all and forced them to write another 3 Saw films on the spot or he could massacre them all..... ok that didn't happen but holy crap it would seem plausable with the Saw films 4, 5 and what I think will also be a failure 6.

....Oh dang I probably should have asked what your guys' opinion was on the Saw films before ranting on it...

Not one for Scary movies, but I have seen 1 & 2 and found them... interesting.

Seen the first four films.

They're interesting, although the fourth one shows signs of a story that will never end.
I say this, be ye redy with good hert
To al my wil, and that I frely may
As me best pleaseth do you laughe or smert,
And never ye to murmur, night or day;
And eek whan I say yea, ye say not nay,
Neyther by word, nor frownyng countenaunce?
Swer this, and here I swer our alliaunce.

I've not seen the newest one, but I've seen all the others. They're great films, in my opinion. Not because of the excessive amounts of gore, but because of how clever the plots are and how they all link in so intricately. I love that. I'd love to see the new film but I don't think I'll find anyone else interested in renting it and I'd rather not download it.

I just watched the sixth one. There is a lot of connections in this one to other films. In fact almost the entire story is linking the other ones. Some good ideas in this one I think.
