Looking for new Super Heroes

Do you think you're more than a regular Hero?

We're looking for new Super Heroes. Just a step below the clan's leaders, Super Heroes work in the area of forum moderation and server administration. They also help clan members in case of a problem and keep the member list up-to-date. Super Heroes are also deciding about important things concerning the clan together with the leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be active in the clan
• You must have been a member for 3 months
• You should have free time for the required tasks
• Knowledge of server moderation & troubleshooting is a bonus

Time in Clan - over 6 months
Prior work - None server based, but willing to spend the time to learn - I did spend a year as a coach prefect, thats Kinda like a moderator.

Essay

Well something that you may not know about me is that I am quite into sailing.
I mostly use a 7 meter power  boat, and a small speedboat. Often I just go out onto lake Windermere for a bit of practice and to relax with some music while sailing around.

I can also sail by wind, but I have not tried anything of a large size, I have mainly used 1 and 2 man sailing dinghies, I am currently saving to buy myself one for the new season come summer.

Before you ask the essay was composed in word, which is normal for my longer posts, my grammatical skills are not as good as they could be.

Possible previous experience in similar duties: moderator on another site, had test server for a while and Bizzie helped me with the vars   I program for a living in C# so can learn anything on that side that is necessary I hope

So the birds and the bees right .... Ok so I write articles, review games and moderate forums/comments on another site.  It died due to lack of activity and technical issues but its back now although only just getting on its feet.  I had the test server and know a little about that side of things.  I've also written a document on game engine design in college so just have an interest in that side of things (the document was bollocks though).

Every time there's an issue people either come to me or Bizzie, even though most of the time I can't do anything about it. I think it would be a good idea to give me some sort of administrative powers so I could help out with the everyday work. I'm an easy going guy and enjoy talking to most if not all people here, and I have a fetish for helping out.
 
Oh and I like skiing.

Edit: Isn't super heroes kind of cliché? I mean, Superhero.. Just say it a few times.
P.S. Someone seems to have messed up the roster page, we have approximately 100 admining heroes. :p

I'm always happy to lend a hand around the place, you know that well enough. I've experience being an admin on forums and servers alike, but I have an extremely basic knowledge of servers 'n' all this technical jazz (my certificate in AS Computing isn't much help.) I always try to be friendly, fair and realistic. I'd not be entirely happy taking a valuable Admin spot, because I don't think I'd be enough of a pillar for the community - instead, I'm just using this to make sure it's known that if I'm needed for any responsibilities (but not the title (or expectations) ), I'm willing. I'm often on the forums. I think NDH could do with active admins (forum and server), so I'd like to show some support for Foozy.

I've been here since Christmas eve' last year.

My time in the clan has been minimal so I'm not asking to be a Super Hero, as I wouldnt consider myself that high in the clan status.  

But just so you guys know I've got PLENTY experience in clan maintenence and I know a few nifty tips about competitive tactics, and generally can get a good bit of help comptetive-wise. I managed to get Byte (of yyt) to mentor our demo and found them partner training clans etc. Back in my clanless days I used to join failing clan for say a fortnight and try to turn to something worthwhile + I have been a server admin on a few servers before, and always have time for clan issues.  

So I'm not asking for a title unless you feel its neccessary, I'm just here to help if you need me

Prior experience: I'm an admin on the Artificial Conspiracy server, but that doesn't require much work as it is rarely open the public and when it is it rarely has people on it. I also set up The AC website (not sure if "super heroes" will have to do anything like that but i thought id add it).

Essay:  I never know what to write for these things, so ill give you 5 facts about me
1. I play the Ukulele and Piano
2. I'm addicted to Doritos
3. I'm a huge fallout 1&2 fan (not so much 3)
4. I wrote a song that was played on BBC radio
5. I have made over 300 models in Blender (www.blender.org)

EDIT: I thought AC would take up my time, but I was wrong, I still have loads of time thanks to that failing a bit  So whether i have free time or not shouldnt be an issue
