New Server Structure

As you might have heard, we're replacing the old and tried Control Point / Payload with a new server structure. Instead we're going to be a bit creative and try a more experimental and hopefully better way to use our servers. From hereby onwards, the Control Point server will be the new Custom Maps server, and the Payload server will be the new Popular Stock Maps server! They will both default to Alltalk on.

Along with this, we're going to have a Map of the Month, where we feature a not-so known custom map on the new server every month. Hopefully we'll run into some pleasant maps that we can keep on the server's normal map rotation.

Though by now you may be thinking; But, I'm too lazy to download all these maps.

Worry not! As soon as this change goes into effect, a fast download server with all the server's custom maps will be ready to serve you.

But there's more! You can have a say too! Just visit this thread and post your map suggestions.

Open Community Gathering - 6th February

We're trying a new approach to gaming nights this time around by letting everyone in the NDH group and all your friends join. Hopefully more people will get interested in the clan and check out the site.

Activities include:

• PropHunt
  
• Normal play on Stock and Custom maps
  

The date will be the 6th of February at 19.00 GMT on the Custom Maps server (89.149.217.118:3010). The password will be announced on the front page on the day of the event and in the NDH group chat. Be sure to tell your friends to come!

Note: If the first server gets full too quickly, we'll open up the other server too for this event. The password will be the same for both servers.

Competitive Team

The admin team along with the previous members of the competitive team has decided that NDH is not aimed at competitive players. With the departure of some team members, the competitive branch couldn't survive. We'll be focusing on providing a pleasant public experience on our two remaining servers instead.

Recruiting

It's time to get some new pirates on the boat. Help out by recruiting nice and mature people on the servers.
Keep in mind you still shouldn't recruit random people on the server, aka the "Hey, wanna join my clan?"

So get playing on those servers and don't forget to recruit. Seriously, don't...
