"The Hero Bulletin... official source of news in the NDH clan."
In this issue we'll cover up:
We've made some changes to the clan's rules. The most important rule changes are related to the minimal age of applying and nicknames the members use.
Below are the new rules. They can also be seen here.
1. As a member of the Northern Dawn Heroes clan, you represent our image.
6. Every clan member should attempt to recruit new people to our clan.
9. Do not dig old topics unless your reply is relevant to the topic subject.
These rules are in effect immediately.
Also, we have changed some of the questions an applicant has to answer in the application form. We've dropped the question regarding Battlefield: Heroes and adjusted some of the existing questions.
These are the questions an applicant must answer after the changes:
Hopefully our coding goddess sorts out the application form update as soon as possible.
Important: Steam profile field
We've added a Steam Community profile field in each forum account. We recommend every member to add a link to their Steam Community page. It's not necessary, but helps each other to find a clan member on Steam, if needed.
Anyway, you can add a link to your Steam community page in your personal profile settings.
Competitive Team Fortress 2 server
We have decided to start a server dedicated to our competitive team members. The server has 14 player slots and is located in the Netherlands. It's running the European Team Fortress 2 League configuration. The server is not going to be used for public gaming and it's passworded.
In case you want to add the server to your favourites, here's the IP:
217.18.70.56:27015
The administrators on the competitive server differ from our public servers. The team leaders and a selected member of the competitive team have full administrator access to the server. In addition to that, the clan leaders Bizzie Bear and IJzerenRita are dealing with possible problems concerning the server.
Here's a list of the administrators on the server:
Last but not the least, we're going to hold a Gaming Night in October. This time we're not going to have any kind of official stuff to do, so we will play for fun instead. This is a great chance to meet your clanmates and have fun together!
The event takes place on Friday 30th of October at 7 PM GMT.
The server we will use for this event is the Control Point server: tf2.ndh-clan.com:3010
